The house to rent was built around 100 years ago. The last
renovation finished in April 2000. The main concept of the
renovation work was to respect the history of the house. All new
additions were carefully chosen with special attention to quality.
The main advantage of the house is its location, 100 meters away
from the harbourside, built on the rocks by the sea, giving you the
opportunity to dive from the terrace, if you are adventurous enough!
Your morning shower has been replaced by the morning swim, which
will just make your day.
Ground Floor Living Room
The
house consists of two completely individual apartments, one on the ground
floor and one on the first floor.
All
furniture and appliances are brand new and of modern technology. Cleaning
services are provided once a week. Sheets and towels are part of the
facilities and changed twice a week.
Both
apartments have fully equipped kitchens, where you are welcome to try your
hand at - why not Greek? - home cooking !

Rez-de-Chaussée
The
ground floor apartment consists of three units:
Unit 1 consists of a hall which leads to three bedrooms and a
bathroom.
Unit 2: a big living room (23 sq. meters) which includes the
kitchen.
Unit 3: a separate bedroom with a WC and kitchenette.
The Rez-de-Chaussee can accommodate up to 8 people.
Upstairs
The
first floor apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a
living room with kitchen. It can accommodate 6 people. |
