Villa Yorgos is a beautifully
finished, well-equipped modern house located in a traditional
setting just nearby to Villa Asimina.
The house is situated on the hillside which surrounds the
natural amphitheatre of Halki harbour, set amongst the
picturesque layers of buildings which make up the village. It
has superb views down to the harbour and beyond to the islands
of Alimnia and Rhodes from its 2 main terraces.
The
interior of the house comprises a kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms
and a bathroom. The kitchen is very well-equipped, has modern
fittings, and a large fridge freezer and separate cooker. The 2
bedrooms consist of 1 double and 1 twin. The twin bedroom is up
fairly steep stairs, but the views from its balcony are worth
the climb! The double bedroom is light and airy, and also has a
terrace opening out from double doors. There is another balcony
outside the front door. The bathroom is modern and contains a
bath as well as a shower.
Villa Yorgos is only 10 minutes walk to the 2 main beaches of
Halki, Pondamos and Ftenagia, and less than 5 minutes down to
the shops, bars and tavernas on the harbourside.
This is a superb holiday home, family-run, and offering you an
authentic Greek environment with all mod-cons! Villa Yorgos has
a twice weekly maid service.
